Do participants need to create an account?
No! Participants can join meetings with just a link - no registration required. They simply enter their name and start participating. However, organizers need an account to create meetings. Registered participants get additional benefits like saved locations, user profiles, and the ability to organize their own meetings.
Can I control who joins my meeting?
Absolutely! You have complete control over access. Keep your meeting open for anyone with the link to join anonymously, require participants to be registered users, or restrict to verified members only. You can also create custom invitations with access codes for specific groups and set participant limits to control meeting size.
How does the voting system work?
Participants can propose options for times, places, and arrangements. Each proposal can receive approve or disapprove votes from other participants. The system calculates a score (approvals minus disapprovals) to show which options have the most support. This makes it easy to see consensus at a glance. You can also create custom polls for any other meeting-related questions with single or multiple choice voting.

Yes! You can create a free account and start organizing meetings immediately. Free accounts have reasonable limits suitable for most personal and small group use. Premium accounts are available for users who need to organize more meetings, accommodate larger groups, or require extended planning timeframes.
Can I use
Coordify for recurring meetings?
Each meeting you create is for a single event, but you can easily reuse saved locations, invitation codes, and participant lists for future meetings. If you regularly meet with the same group, you'll find the process much faster the second time around since you can quickly recreate similar meeting setups with just a few clicks.
How do I handle participants bringing extra guests?
When creating your meeting, you can enable the 'extra companions' feature and set maximum limits. Participants can then indicate how many additional guests they're bringing (like partners, children, or colleagues). The system automatically tracks the total headcount including all companions, so you always know exactly how many people to expect - perfect for making restaurant reservations or booking venues.
What happens to my data and privacy?
We take privacy seriously. Meeting data is only accessible to participants with valid links or invitation codes. Anonymous participants are tracked via secure session IDs. Registered users can choose whether to share their profile information with other participants. You can make polls private to hide individual votes. Can I delete or edit a meeting after creating it?
Yes! As the organizer, you have full control to edit meeting details, update descriptions, change access permissions, manage participants, and delete the meeting entirely if needed. You can also finalize meeting details once decisions are made, and send notices to all participants about important updates or changes.
