1. This Privacy Policy defines the rules for the processing and protection of personal data of Users of the website coordify.org (hereinafter: the Website) and the rules for the use of cookies.

3. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the Act on the Protection of Personal Data of 10 May 2018.
II. Scope and Purpose of Data Collection
1. The Controller collects only the e-mail addresses of Users.
2. Providing an e-mail address is voluntary and is not a condition for using the basic functionalities of the Website.
3. The sole purpose of collecting e-mail addresses is to enable contact with the User.
4. The Controller states that it does not conduct User profiling or any automated decisions based on the processed data.

3. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing of their data violates GDPR provisions.
